We serve all of Connecticut, with most events in Fairfield County, New Haven County, and Hartford County. We regularly travel to Stamford, Greenwich, Norwalk, Bridgeport, New Haven, Hartford, Danbury, Waterbury, West Hartford, and Fairfield. Have a venue outside these areas? Reach out — we're happy to discuss it.
The Barista Bar Experience is our full-service offering — a professional barista, espresso machine, and complete drink menu brought to your event. Every drink is made fresh to order on-site. Coffee & Fare is our simpler option: premium brewed coffee and curated pastries delivered and set up at your location, with no barista required. Perfect for morning meetings, client breakfasts, and corporate gatherings.
We comfortably serve events ranging from 25 to 500+ guests. For larger events, we'll work with you on the right setup and staffing to keep lines short and everyone caffeinated.
Our espresso setup requires a standard 120V outlet — the kind you'd find in any home or venue. We don't need running water; we bring everything we need. For outdoor events without easy power access, we can discuss generator options.
Our cart fits comfortably in an 8×8 foot footprint, though a little extra room for a guest queue is always appreciated. We've set up in corporate lobbies, wedding tents, outdoor markets, and tight event spaces — just share your venue details and we'll make it work.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks out for most events. For weddings, large corporate events, and holiday parties, 6–8 weeks ensures you get your preferred date. That said, we do accommodate last-minute requests when we can — it never hurts to ask.
Our espresso menu includes lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, Americanos, cold brew, and seasonal specialty drinks. We also offer drip coffee, hot teas, and non-coffee options — all made with our own specialty-roasted beans. For Coffee & Fare events, we provide premium brewed coffee paired with a curated pastry selection.
Yes — we carry oat milk, almond milk, and other dairy alternatives as standard, along with decaf espresso. Just let us know your guests' needs when you book and we'll come fully prepared.
