Refund Policy for Sound Coffee

At Sound Coffee, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with high-quality coffee products and an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return an item. Our refund policy is designed to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Please read the following refund policy carefully before making a purchase from Sound Coffee:

  1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

a. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. b. The item must be in its original packaging. c. The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  1. Non-refundable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:

a. Gift cards b. Items on sale or marked as "Final Sale" c. Opened or partially used coffee products

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support team at support@soundcoffee.com with your order number and the reason for the return. b. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item. c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the RMA number and a copy of your original receipt. d. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  1. Refunds

Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will inspect the package and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of receiving the approval notification, please check with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after following these steps, please contact us at orders@soundcoffees.com.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our Customer Support team at orders@soundcoffees.com.
