Change your coffee to a different flavor

Want to try something different? You can change the coffee in your upcoming subscription order to another available coffee.

How to:

  1. Log in to your Sound Coffee account.
  2. Go to Subscriptions.
  3. Select the subscription you want to update by clicking "Edit Options".
  4. Click "Swap for a different product".
  5. Select your new coffee, grind preference, size, quantity, and frequency.
  6. Save your changes by clicking the "Confirm swap"

Your next shipment will include your new pick.

Skip your next order

Going out of town? Still have plenty of coffee at home?

No problem. You can skip an upcoming shipment without canceling your subscription.

How to:

  1. Log in to your Sound Coffee account.
  2. Go to Subscriptions.
  3. Find your upcoming order.
  4. Select Edit options.
  5. Go to More options.
  6. Select Skip.
  7. Confirm Skip Subscription.

Your subscription will continue as normal after the skipped order.

Reschedule your next order

Something urgent came up? Or going out of town?

No problem. You can reschedule an upcoming shipment without canceling your subscription.

How to:

  1. Log in to your Sound Coffee account.
  2. Go to Subscriptions.
  3. Find your upcoming order.
  4. Select Reschedule.
  5. Pick date, or delay delivery.
  6. Confirm the skip.

Your subscription will follow your preferred delivery schedule and frequency after the rescheduled order.

Depending on your subscription, you may be able to update the products or quantities included in your upcoming order.

  4. Change quantity.
