We're on Fairfield Avenue in the heart of Black Rock. Street parking is available on Fairfield Ave and the surrounding side streets. There's also a free municipal parking lot at the corner of Fairfield Ave and Jetland Street. It is a convenient off-street option just steps from our door. We're easily accessible from I-95 (Exit 27) and about a 10-minute drive from the Metro-North Bridgeport station. Look for the black awning at 2889 Fairfield Ave.

We're not just a coffee shop. Unlike most cafés, we roast our own coffee at our roastery on 2040 Main Street, Bridgeport. That means the beans in your cup were roasted just days, sometimes hours, before you drink them.

We source from farmers who take care of the earth and pay their workers fairly. You can taste the difference, and you can feel good about it. Whole beans are available to take home in the café.

Had a great time at Sound Coffee. The guava danish was divine! I loved the smoky baritone latte. The staff were so sweet and gave me the great recommendations. The cafe is decorated so nicely and I loved the music theme including the wall of vinyls and music themed drinks:) The energy and vibe of this place was peaceful and I would highly recommend stopping in!

My husband and I had a delicious breakfast at Sound Coffee yesterday, and it was a great experience from start to finish. There was free street parking right in front of the café, which made our visit convenient.

We dined in, and our order was prepared quickly. We enjoyed our meal in the cute outdoor seating area, which was perfect for a relaxing breakfast.

I highly recommend both menu items, along with the friendly, efficient service.

This is such a beautiful slightly hidden gem in Black Rock. Hanna, Iby, Esther, Reyna and the team are excellent. The artisan craft specials and the atmosphere give this place a vibe that cannot be duplicated. Perfect location and service! 11/11 highly recommend.

My wife and I are always off on Mondays, and we love spending the day supporting local coffee shops. Sound Coffee has quickly become one of our favorites!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Their iced lattes and cappuccinos are some of the best we've had—always made perfectly and consistently delicious. It's a great place to relax, enjoy a quality cup of coffee, and support a local business. We love coming here and will definitely keep coming back!

The spring drinks were fantastic. My girlfriend and I got the Honey Harmony and the Electric Bloom. Both incredible in taste. Music is at the perfect level to respect patrons who need to be on calls. Everyone is very respectful.
