Their training and cablecasting are free for adults living, working or going to school in these areas, and they work with schools to produce educational programs for their channels. Sound View Community Media can be seen on Optimum TV Channels 88,78,79 and Frontier TV Channel 99, and are streaming 24/7 at Soundviewtv.org.
